At the time of this article our meeting has not happened yet, April 20th. We had our board meeting on April 14th.
Coming up May 16th is our Windshield wash at the rest area; contact Scott for more info 309-335-1675. Coming up on May 28th – 30th is our annual ride in reunion at Big River, there will be wilderness stew on Saturday and a potluck at noon on Sunday with the chapter providing the ham and turkey. Please stop by and enjoy the stories around the fire at night.
Coming up on May 2nd is the Freedom Rally in Springfield. We will meet at Hardee’s in Knoxville at 9 am with KSU at 9:30 sharp for the ride down to the capitol. Our awareness parade will be May 8th. We will meet at ShopKo in Monmouth at about 11 am with KSU at high noon. We still have awareness signs available for sale; please call Scott at 309-335-1675 to get yours.
This year we will be hosting the West Central Region Rendezvous at our bash on August 27th – 29th, we hope to see you all there.
Julie has raffle tickets on the Harley Davidson t-shirt quilt that we are giving away Sunday at our bash in August. Please help us out by selling a few. Julie can be reached at 309-342-1547.We will also have a quilt in the auction at the bash made out of past bash t-shirts.
Please help out A.B.A.T.E. of IL by calling Pauli at 309-343-6588 to get your tickets to sell on the state raffle bike, our local chapter makes money on every one we sell.

Our May membership meeting is the 18th (the third Tuesday). Our next board meeting will be May 12th (the Wednesday before the Membership meeting). Both meetings are held at Harley’s Pub in the banquet hall at 7 P.M... We would love to see all of our members there as we would like to hear from all of you.
