We had our General Membership Meeting June 16th, at Harley’s Pub 23 members present.
Coming up in July is our annual Nite Flite run on July 18th.
We are still in need of people to help collect auction donations for the annual Central IL. A.B.A.T.E. Bash. Please contact LeRoy, 309-342-7304 if you want to help or have items to donate. This year we are selling tickets for a 7 day 7 night stay in one of over 4000 resorts worldwide. Julie has tickets available for members to sell.
We had another bylaw proposal read at the meeting, submitted by Chopps.
Article XVI paragraphs A & B Read as below:
XVI Amendments to these Bylaws
A. Any member in good standing may submit a proposed change, in writing, to the Secretary at the start of the General Membership Meeting, with the date and signature of the person submitting the change.
B. The Secretary will read the proposed change to the membership during the meeting, but no voting action or discussion on the change will be allowed. Voting and discussion will be during the next regularly scheduled general membership meeting to allow members to be aware of the proposed change by notification in the newsletter.

B. The Secretary will read the proposed change to the membership during the meeting, but no voting action or discussion on the change will be allowed. Voting and discussion will be during the next regularly scheduled general membership meeting, during the bylaw report, to allow members to be aware of the proposed change by notification in the newsletter
Our next membership meeting is July 21st, 7PM, at Harley’s Pub, and the next Board meeting is July 15th, at 7 PM, at The 21 Club.
